Facebook makes you delete conversations one at a time. FbDelete adds a Select All option so you can clear decades of messages in a single batch.

Facebook does not provide a bulk-delete button for Messenger, and there is no official API for deleting personal messages. FbDelete closes that gap with a free browser extension: once installed, it adds a "Select All" control directly onto your real Messenger page, letting you select every conversation — or just the ones you pick — and delete them together, instead of opening each one individually.
The extension works by clicking Facebook's own delete controls on your behalf, inside your own browser, under your own logged-in session — it does not use a private API and it never sees your password. Because it automates Facebook's interface rather than an official bulk-delete endpoint (Facebook doesn't offer one), it can occasionally need updates when Facebook changes its layout. Two separate steps, on purpose — your FbDelete login and your Facebook connection are never one and the same.
Sign up with just your name, email and a password — this is your FbDelete login, separate from Facebook.
You're redirected to Facebook to confirm it's really you. No password sharing — official Facebook Login only.

Transparency notice:Facebook has no official API for bulk-deleting personal messages. The FbDelete extension automates clicks on Facebook's own interface — it is not an official Meta feature, and heavy automated use of any kind carries some risk of Facebook flagging the activity.
